Jodie came to Trinity United Church of Christ (UCC) at the point that our previous cleaning provider made a major change by moving out of state rather suddenly. We were fortunate that she was available to take over the responsibilities on short notice. She quickly adapted to our needs and schedule. Every type of facility presents its own individual needs; a church is not an office building, a school, or a grocery store, yet they all have specific requirements that are not common to other facilities. Jodie and her crew not only assume responsibility for our weekly cleaning, but upon request handle carpet cleaning (scrub & extraction), and hard floor care (buffing & waxing) not included in her contract. In fact, we connected her with our consumables vendor, allowing her to order paper supplies and trash bags as she notes the inventory shorfalls. She always takes care of concerns or special needs as soon as possible, even coming in during the wee hours to tend to something requiring immediate attention. Jodie has been with us as a contractor for 15 years. She has been more than a vendor; she has become a friend to the church. It is not uncommon to see her at special Trinity events, joining in the celebration. We appreciate her efforts.
